Nemanja Misailovic, 15 years, the first grade student of sport's high school in Belgrade, and member of the soccer club Žarkovo, is accepted at the children's clinic in Tiršova where doctors have found a difficult hart disease.

The only way to save our Nemanja is heart transplantation, which must be performed at the clinic in Graz in Austria. Considering the urgency to go to this clinic in Graz, where they have already carried out all the preparations, the surgery requires about 100 000.
